Welcome to my transfers page!

We can provide transfer service anywhere, not only to and from Rome. We are connected with other colleagues all over Italy and Europe and we can arrange transfer service from and to all airport and sea ports in Italy.

Are you transferring from one Italian city to another?

Make of your transfer become a sightseeing tour and save money and time!

Examples: going from Florence to Rome you can visit Orvieto and  Sienna, on your way to Positano and Sorrento you can stop to visit Pompeii and thus save the time and the money that it would take to go on a special tour to those places from Rome or Florence for a price that's just a little more than what the train would cost you.

Are you going to embark in Civitavecchia or any other port?

You can't board your cruise ship until the afternoon, so let us show you some beautiful place on the way to the port and/or take you to a great place for lunch!

airport transfers

Landing at one of Rome's airports, Fiumicino or Ciampino

We can provide transportation from the airport to the city of Rome or vice versa. Any kind of vehicle is available: sedans, luxury sedans, minivans, minibuses.

It doesn't matter how large your party is or how much luggage you carry, we'll accommodate you! Arriving at Rome's airport knowing someone will be there to receive you surely makes a difference! Someone who'll transfer you to your hotel in a nice and comfortable car or minivan instead having to line up for a taxi. Rome's airport is a modern one, but it's really vast and rather confusing. Arriving after a long flight, tired, jetlagged and dragging your luggage, if you haven't booked your transfer you'll have to stress to find out the best way to get to your hotel. The train is the least expensive transportation? Only apparently. It leaves every 30 minutes and gets to Rome's central station "Termini" in about 40 minutes. The cost is 11 Euros per person. Once at the station you'll have to drag your luggage again all the way to a taxi and wait in line to get in one. The taxi will charge 15/20 Euros (if he's honest) to take you to one of the hotels in the city center. If everything goes well it'll take you about 1.5/2 hours to reach your hotel in and you'll spend (for 4 people) about 60 Euros. For that price a taxi would take you directly from the airport to the door of your hotel in about 40 minutes. Certainly a better deal! Taxis are white, but they are not all the same, some are air-conditioned and some aren't. Some taxi drivers speak English and some don't, some are courteous and some aren't. Most are honest, but some aren't. Booking your transfer with us is a little more expensive than taking a taxi, but you'll ride in a nice air-conditioned vehicle (mostly we drive Mercedes: sedans, minivans and minibuses) which has been sent to the airport just for you.

Our drivers are courteous and speak at least enough English to have a simple conversation with you.

seaport transfers

Arriving at Rome's seaport, Civitavecchia

You'll find the car or minivan, right on the pier where the ship docks, parked as close as possible to the gangplank, with your name posted on its windshield.
If parking close to the gangplank shouldn't be possible, we'll be standing there posting your name.

Though Civitavecchia is a big port and there are quite a few taxis, when the cruise ships pull in they're all gone in minutes and, since most cruisers end up hiring them for the day they don't go back to the port until the evening.

We've often seen cruisers stranded on the docks of Civitavecchia, sometime desperate because they had to catch a flight.

Don't be afraid, play it safe and book your transfer with us!

We'll drive you to the airport or to the city in nice air conditioned vehicles driven by courteous drivers.

Transfers to or from other cities in Italy

Tourists often forget vacation means relax and enjoy. For many “fast is best”, like when they're working! They say the train ride from Rome to Florence only takes a couple of hours, not considering they have to leave their hotel one hour prior to train's departure time to be at the station early enough to meet the train.

Once they reach their destination, they have to find a taxi to take them to their hotel.

By car, we cover that distance in three hours. From hotel to hotel. A common objection is that we charge more than the train. I agree, for two or three people it would be a lot more expensive, yet much more enjoyable, but how about a larger group of people? It's very common for 4/6 people to travel together and I do not think the trip by train would be any cheaper for them. Considering the taxis in both cities, if you can't find one big enough for you and your luggage you have to use two or more taxis and first-class train tickets (you don’t want to travel second class, do you?)

I think in such case we're pretty competitive.

Mercedes E-class

Mercedes E Class sedan

The Mercedes E Class is a comfortable sedan which, Mercedes says, can accommodate four passengers plus driver. In reality, it's ideally comfortable for 3 people plus driver or even for four people if at least one of them is a child. The trunk is fairly large, but in the past there have been cases in which the luggage of 3 people hardly fitted in it. So unless the group of 4 includes at least one child, it is preferable to you the minivan to tour with 4 people and for transfers.

Obviously the cars is equipped with air conditioning, but what people really like in this car is its sun roof through which one can see all around and on above when sightseeing.
